Finally found THE best gym in Fort Worth. Luckily for me it’s five minutes from my house! When I first came I met one of the trainers named Justin. He was super cool and told me he would give me a free workout with Dylan. When I came in I was in awful shape, so Dylan just wanted to see what my base was. I signed up for training thinking I would get what I’ve experimented in the past with other trainers. My gosh I was WRONG!!! Dylan got me going pretty light at first and then I told him I wanna go, and when I told him that, he hit the jets. I kid you not, every time I come in I do something different and I leave winded like it should be for me. I absolutely love my training with Dylan, and plan on doing many more sessions with him. Justin is always there and I really enjoy talking to him as well. Both these guys are always encouraging, and there’s zero ego which is great. I’ve been lifting weights going on four years. I’m just a regular guy who has made some decent gains, but never hit my goal. Now I’m on track, and I have no doubt at age 50 I’ll be in the best shape of my life, and look and FEEL the best I’ve ever been. I would encourage anyone who’s serious about getting real results to come and give it shot. It will the the best decision you made for yourself.
